Thank you for visiting our site! I'm excited to share my background and the Exclusive Nanny Group story with you. After graduating with a degree in elementary education, my first post-college job was being a nanny. I was instantly smitten with my career choice! Being in the fortunate position to serve some amazing families, I realized I wanted to do more to improve children's lives and promote strong families, so I created Exclusive Nanny Group.​
With twenty years of experience as a childcare provider and placement professional, I'm happy to say being a facilitator to match parents and caregivers has been deeply rewarding. As a former nanny and now a working mother, my understanding of what a family requires and my knowledge of a nanny's particular sensibilities allow me to put myself in each unique situation to make the best matches.
​Building relationships and helping my clients - both families and nannies - be successful is what I love most. My best days include conversations where I get to know someone better, learn about their goals and support them through the family-nanny partnering process. Hello Families and Nannies! I was born and raised in Chicago, but call Colorado my home now. I enjoy spending my free time in the outdoors surrounded by nature.
Over the last 10 years, I have spent my time working directly with children and families in a variety of different settings. Given my experience, I understand both a parent's perspective and a nanny's specialized skills and recognize the importance of creating the "perfect fit" to make sure little ones are nurtured and cared for.
